Erin is originally from Maine and has a background in offshore and dinghy sailing. She studied globalization and political science at the University of Vermont in Burlington where she also sailed competitively. During and after college she coached sailing and directed a junior sailing program in Massachusetts. She is still an avid dinghy racer and continues contribute to the world of junior sailing by coaching and volunteering on weekends. Erin joined the Kai Concepts team in 2014 and is responsible for handling office and financial affairs.
